It really helps if tender plants are grown in containers so you can bring them indoors easily. If they’re in the ground you can dig them up and put them in pots to bring inside. The ideal place for tender, outdoor plants is a cool greenhouse. This will keep the frost off and the temperature above freezing, and make sure the plants get light and stay dry.
