We made several trips to outdoor places like zoos and amusement parks over this Summer with our children and the heat was horrible at times. Its great for the stroller or car, rear facing car seats don’t tend to get the best of the AC on a super hot day. If this product had a rechargeable battery instead of regular old batteries, it would be a 5/5 for me.

Very useful for hot days but blade easily torn I clipped this on to my toddler's strolled on a day we were going to be outside for awhile.
