Mis Amigos Chocolate Cream still delivers a kick from the Tequila but is delicious from start to finish and eye widening with delight when first tried. Aged for a minimum of 6 months in American Oak single cask Whiskey barrels using 8yr old Blue agave and volcanic spring water.

It’s another Gold medal award winner, praised for its super smoothness and versatility in cocktails. Throw the mango halves into a oven safe plate or pan and roast until the meat softens and absorbs the flavor (approx 25 min). Throw in the tofu with the marinade and sauté along with the parsley until the tofu softens (approx 5 min). Privileged with a taste of fine Mexican tequila, mixed with chocolate and lime extracts to give you hints of smoky yet sweet notes that capture the traditions of Mexico’s proud Indigenous heritage.A White Chocolatini is probably the single most indulgent cocktail you can concoct, and we’d recommend it over most puddings.
